== Synopsis: ==

The party deals another setback to the groups terrorizing [[Wanborne]] and sends a message that theres a new group taking charge.

== Session Summary: ==

The party orders the guards to remove the human skins and destroy them. They advise the sentries to keep an eye out for dragons and bed down for the night as planned. [[Horin]] notes their are bodies in the well and the water isnt safe to drink. A few hours after they goto bed they are awoken by the sounds of horns and stampeding horses arriving in a cloud of dust.

Six horsemen ride in, Luthaist and Kruger exit the house through the window and make their way to the back to the horsemen to setup an ambush. Gallandin and Mourn stay in the house to provide missile and magical cover. Horin and Ragnum step out, the leader introduces himself as Oleme. Horin channels divinity on Oleme &amp; Gilren as they parlay  as the party attempts to decieve the horsemen as to their real role in the town. 

Gallandrin casts Dragons Breath on Ragnum who gives up negotiations and breaths on the group knocking two out immediatly. One of the raiders wields a poisioned sword and stabs luthaist stunning him. Mourn lays in with multiple critical hits taking out another. Kruger and his ax finish another. Four of the six horsemen lie dead and two are taken prisoner. . Horin interrogates the prisoners and finds out the horsemen are part of the Red Company, the same group that they ran into on the demi-plane. The leader of the raiders is [https://wiki.greyhawk.icu/mediawiki/index.php?title=Olrme%27&action=edit&redlink=1 Oleme] who works for [[Erferil]] and mentions they party should come to work for them. Eferil is often found in the tavern at [[Grenvik]] when he passes through each month. Eferil tried hard to convince Luthaist to come work with the.

Gallandin takes Tozig's head and demonstrates to the Red Compnay that they are the new lords of this area. He tells Oleme to pass that message along to Eferil and those he comes by on the road that the slaving business is over. Gallandrin picks up on possible links between the group and the Scarlet Brotherhoods reported interest in restoring order to the region by force or subterfuge

Horin and Luthaist head north to heal troops that were injured in the fight with the Red Company. They estimate the casulaties now leave them with 35 of their 50 troops. Meanwhile the rest of the party goes back to sleep to try to heal and regain spells.
