	A stoutly built two story coach house, made from wood and covered with a thick coat of plaster/mud. The steeply gabled roof appears to be made of slate. A 10' tall wall that encloses all sides with a simple set of two wooden gates the SE. It sits across from the old road to [[Damerel]] just NE of the still active road between [[Bexley]] and [[Cardum]] and trades in spirits with the now infrequent traders caravan stopping overnight. The area around the building has been cleared for a few hundred feet of trees, a thick and dark line of trees can be seen beyond to the north curving from the west to the east.
